PROFILE
Completed various Foundation Art Courses at Salford University. Began working as an Illustrator and Type Setter at a local Book Company utilising mainly fine-detailed pen and ink work.
In recent years Steven has moved towards a more abstract field. Many of the paintings have an almost 3-D quality to them, utilising oil paint and other mediums to create depth and texture.
Inspiration for the work comes from a number of sources ranging from natural environments to the effects of nature on man-made structures and materials.
